After the Rebellion, Flavius, Venia and Octavia realized that your semblance is not what matters, and it felt wrong for them to be colorful and extravagant after all they and Panem had been through. So all three of them returned to their natural skin color, hair, with humble clothes and no tattoos. Except for one: a mockingjay pin on the right shoulder, to remind them of the Girl on Fire who changed everything they knew.
